In 2022, the Rookie Awards received over 63,000 digital media submissions created by over 4,000 students from more than 80 countries worldwide. Over 520 academic facilities encouraged their students to submit work and have it reviewed by a Judging Panel, which included over 200 influential and highly respected industry veterans.
