Getting fit and losing weight always tops the charts and the fitness industry loves us for that. Your challenge this week is to create a project that includes a piece of fitness equipment. You can attempt something simple like a dumbbell, yoga mat or skipping rope. If you have a little extra time and want a challenge, you could create an exercise bike, a rowing machine or a treadmill.
