This week we want you to get your Steampunk on and create a compass, then tag it #RookiesWeeklyDrills and #SteampunkCompass.

This week we want you to get your Steampunk on and create a compass, then tag it #RookiesWeeklyDrills and #SteampunkCompass.

Steampunk is a retro-futuristic subgenre of science fiction that incorporates technology and aesthetic designs inspired by 19th-century industrial steam-powered machinery. With this in mind, we want you to design a 2D or 3D compass that a character could use in a game or film to help them find their way home, or to some secret treasure. Check out some of the reference image below for inspiration.

To get some feedback on your work-in-progress project before you submit it, head over to Discord channel and chat with other artists having a crack. To see all the Weekly Drill projects just follow this link.
