Weekly Drills 081 - #StylizedBust

This week we want you to create a stylised bust, then upload it to your Rookies profile and tag it #RookiesWeeklyDrills and #StylizedBust.

Brief

Note: You have 3 weeks to complete this drill. This drill is for all the character artists out there. We want you to create a stylised bust for your portfolio. Just to be clear, a bust is a "sculpted representation of the upper part of the human figure, depicting a person's head and neck, and a variable portion of the chest and shoulders". Your character for the drill can be your own design, or it can even be fanart from a popular franchise. Your bust can be 2D or 3D too, the choice is yours. Check out some of the designs below for inspiration.

Rules

• Use your favourite art supplies, software and workflow.
• Only submit work created during this week.
• Submit as many entries as you want.
• Do not submit or use any work you have created previously. These drills are here to push you to hit a deadline, rather than just share old work.
• You can use concept art, models, textures and other assets and include it in your project. However, make sure to credit the artist by linking to their work and explain exactly what you created.
• You must tag your project with #RookiesWeeklyDrills and #StylizedBust
• Submission close Monday June 27 @ 7:00pm CST

Judges

Andrew McDonald, co-founder of The Rookies, will evaluate entries and select a winner based on quality, creativity, and adherence to the challenge theme.
